Scattered tenant records
Names, aliases, phone numbers, documents, deposits, and rental history are easier to lose when they sit in separate notebooks or files.

Why it exists
The system started from a familiar landlord problem: after a few tenants, manual tracking becomes messy. Contact numbers change, receipts pile up, utility calculations repeat, and documents become hard to find.
RentalManagerHub puts the repeated work in one place. A landlord can add properties, connect tenants, track rent and utility balances, review tenant payment submissions, send reminders, handle maintenance, and generate useful reports.
Tenants also get a separate portal so they can search rentals, access assigned property details, submit maintenance requests, view receipts, read announcements, and manage their own profile.
What it solves
Names, aliases, phone numbers, documents, deposits, and rental history are easier to lose when they sit in separate notebooks or files.
Rent, Meralco, water, due dates, balances, reminders, and receipts take time when every month starts from scratch.
Maintenance requests should stay connected to the tenant, property, vendor, photos, expenses, and status updates.
Landlords need a simple way to review occupancy, payments, utilities, expenses, and profitability without rebuilding reports manually.
Android app
The Android app is used for tenant and landlord access while Google Play registration is paused. It keeps the project ready for smaller Google Play changes later.
Features are based on daily rental work, not decoration.
Payments, receipts, tenant files, and property details should be easy to find.
Landlord and tenant access are separate, but can connect when one person needs both.
A landlord should be able to manage more units without creating more confusion.
Support is available for landlord onboarding, tenant access, public listings, payments, and general platform questions.
